Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in providing first-level client support directly on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring smooth operation of client systems. Key daily tasks include receiving and processing disturbance reports, handling tickets within the designated system, and performing installations, break/fix operations, and troubleshooting for various end devices. You will primarily support standard applications like MS Office and current Windows operating systems (Windows 7-10). Essential qualifications include a completed technical vocational education or comparable professional experience, along with foundational knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, and MS Office 365. This position offers a stable, long-term contract with above-standard compensation and project allowances, supporting a global technology leader in Germany's digital transformation efforts.
