As an IT Support Specialist at Innovation Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing assistance via telephone, in person, and through a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include classifying and distributing support requests, managing user accounts, and maintaining a wide array of hardware including workstations, mobile devices, and network components. You will collaborate closely with global IT specialist teams focusing on client, server, and voice systems while monitoring infrastructure health.
