Job Summary

The Innovation Group, recognized as a Great Place to Work in Baden-Württemberg, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team focused on simplifying claims and vehicle repair management for leading insurers and automotive manufacturers. In this role, you will be the primary contact for all IT issues, handling inquiries via phone, in person, and through a ticketing system. Day-to-day responsibilities include classifying and resolving IT tickets, creating user documentation, and collaborating with global IT specialists across client, server, and voice teams. A core function involves the installation and maintenance of workplace systems, mobile devices, peripherals, and network components, alongside managing user accounts and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or completed vocational training in IT, several years of practical IT support experience, and strong technical knowledge in Windows domain administration and network infrastructure, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
