Job Summary

The Innovation Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations for a company specializing in claims and vehicle repair management. This position involves being the primary point of contact for all IT issues, handling inquiries via phone, in-person, and a ticketing system. Day-to-day responsibilities include classifying and resolving IT tickets, managing user accounts and system objects, and creating necessary documentation. The specialist will also be responsible for the installation and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, and network components, while collaborating with global IT teams (Client, Server, Voice) and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or vocational training in IT, coupled with several years of practical experience in IT support and administration of a Windows domain, along with good command of both German and English.
