Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a globally recognized company focused on digital solutions for claims and vehicle repair management. The specialist will serve as the first point of contact for all IT issues, managing inquiries via phone, in-person, and ticketing systems. Key responsibilities include classifying and distributing support requests, documenting administration and user processes, and collaborating closely with global IT teams (Client, Server, Voice). The position involves hands-on work, including the installation and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, network components, and communication tools, alongside managing user accounts and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess professional experience in IT support, strong technical knowledge in network infrastructure and Windows domain administration, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or completed university degree
