Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Mannheim, you will join a supportive team working for a prominent automotive manufacturer. Your primary daily responsibilities involve the physical assembly, disassembly, and initial configuration of hardware, as well as the repair of desktops, notebooks, and tablets within their warranty periods. You will serve as a key point of contact for users at the Service Point, providing personal support for Windows workstations and laptops. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting various software and operating systems while documenting all incidents within a ticket system. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong hardware knowledge who enjoys direct user interaction.
