Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will join a global team of over 1,000 experts dedicated to ensuring seamless IT processes across six countries. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as a primary point of contact for national and international support requests, managing the entire lifecycle of user inquiries from initial acceptance and error analysis to final resolution. You will be responsible for installing and administering client systems, conducting user training sessions, and leading smaller IT projects. This role offers a highly collaborative environment where you will work closely with various departments to maintain system integrity. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven track record of solution-oriented working methods
  • Experience in handling national and international support inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
