Job Summary

This position is based at the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS) in Dortmund within the Proteomics working group. As a PhD Student, you will be integral to a DFG-funded project focused on identifying and characterizing Interferon-γ-stimulated effector proteins and their impact on Cytomegalovirus replication. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing proteome and phosphoproteome analyses, developing new bioanalytical methods, and performing data visualization and documentation. You will collaborate closely with project partners and present your research findings at international conferences. This role is particularly attractive due to the institute's interdisciplinary environment combining biology, chemistry, and physics, along with state-of-the-art infrastructure. Required Skills

Education
