Job Summary

As an Associate System Engineer in the Managed Workstation department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the digital future of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Munich, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and optimization of managed client systems within one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures. Your daily activities will involve ensuring SLA compliance, managing incidents and problems, and testing client releases and new hardware. You will work closely with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows 11 environments to automate and update system components. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational IT training or a university degree with a focus on Computer Science.

Experience

Practical experience with Windows operating systems (W11) regarding installation, updates, drivers, and automation
Foundational experience using Microsoft Configuration Manager
Proven experience in IT service support processes, specifically Incident and Problem Management
