Job Summary

As an Innovation Manager at the Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIHBw) in Berlin, you will act as a key driver for digital transformation within Germany's defense sector. Your primary focus will be managing 'Spark Cells'—internal innovation units—by coaching intrapreneurs, facilitating agile workshops, and bridging the gap between the startup ecosystem and military requirements. You will oversee the transition of innovative ideas into concrete projects, ensuring they meet public procurement standards while maintaining a high-quality user experience for military stakeholders. This role is unique for its high social impact, offering the chance to modernize one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures using agile methodologies. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the context of innovation or agile methodology
  • Expert knowledge in applying agile methods, coaching, and moderating workshops
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and managing complex, process-oriented tasks
  • Experience in (sub-)project management, ideally involving innovation testing in the public sector
  • Proven track record in managing stakeholders and navigating organizational change
