Job Summary

This role involves working at the forefront of genetic diagnostics within the amedes group in Hannover. As a Scientific Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day generation of medical reports in molecular (hemato-)oncology and somatic genetics, directly influencing individual patient therapy plans. You will utilize cutting-edge Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology and liquid biopsy analysis to evaluate somatic variants. The position requires a high level of scientific curiosity to develop new analytical methods and optimize existing NGS pipelines. Working within a certified quality management environment, you will use specialized laboratory information systems and databases like Varvis and QCI.
