Job Summary

As the Lead of the Network Technology team at TenneT, you will spearhead the digital transformation of the energy transition by managing a team of 10 professionals across Bayreuth and Lehrte. Your primary responsibility involves overseeing the operational management of critical OT network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls, ensuring 24/7 availability. You will act as a strategic bridge between internal and external partners, coordinating a complex task portfolio while ensuring compliance with IT security laws. This role is highly dynamic, involving hands-on concept development, laboratory testing, and the implementation of new technical solutions. A unique aspect of this position is the assumption of the 'Responsible Qualified Electrician' (VEFK) role, providing technical leadership and ensuring safety standards for operating personnel.
