This full-time role involves acting as the primary point of contact for prospective medical clients, managing initial inquiries via a telephone hotline, and coordinating leads for the presentation team. You will support existing customers by providing competent product advice, creating tailored offers, and managing contract documentation. A unique aspect of the role includes conducting online demonstrations for additional software modules and advising clients on telematics infrastructure. The position is highly flexible, offering 100% remote work (Home Office) after an initial one-week onboarding period in Jena.
