As a Data Conversion Technician, you will play a vital role in onboarding new medical clients by professionally converting their legacy data using established tools. Your daily routine involves identifying and resolving technical issues, collaborating with the development team when necessary, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a respectful and clear manner. This role is highly flexible, allowing you to design your own schedule, whether you prefer early mornings or late evenings, provided you can commit to approximately 40 hours per week. Based in a family-oriented company specializing in medical software solutions, the position offers a unique blend of startup atmosphere and established stability. Required Skills
Education
Trained IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent technical qualification/degree.
Experience
- Professional experience as a trained IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a similar technical role
- Practical experience working with various databases and operating systems
- Experience in scripting or a strong willingness to learn automation tools quickly
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical support or communication
- Demonstrated ability in self-organized and independent work management

Additional
- Must be based in the Erfurt region to accommodate a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the Erfurt office). Full-time availability (40 hours) is preferred.
