Job Summary

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and operating the company's marketing system landscape, primarily centered around HubSpot. Your daily responsibilities include developing smart lead-nurturing paths, creating automation workflows, and actively shaping customer journey processes. A significant portion of the role involves the continuous optimization of data structures and marketing processes to ensure high data quality. You will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards and analyzing marketing and sales KPIs to support data-driven conversion optimization. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Tech teams to advance growth structures. This is a full-time, 100% remote-capable position within an ambitious team of over 600 employees. The role is ideal for those who enjoy building processes from the ground up and translating complex data into actionable insights within a modern, startup-style environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Marketing Automation, Growth Marketing, or Lead Nurturing
  • Practical experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in building reporting structures and analyzing marketing/sales KPIs
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams
  • Experience in structuring and developing business processes from scratch
