Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient solutions for software-related inquiries. You will utilize a dynamic knowledge base to handle common support topics and ensure high-quality service standards. For complex issues, you will be responsible for structured escalations to the 2nd-level support team. The role involves working within a shift system (Monday to Friday, 06:30–20:00) and actively contributing to the improvement of support documentation. This position is unique for its flexibility, offering a 100% home office option nationwide within Germany, though initial training takes place at the Jena office. You will join a collaborative, medium-sized company with a startup atmosphere that develops Apple-based medical software, emphasizing a supportive team environment and proactive problem-solving.

- Experience in handling customer inquiries via telephone and ticketing systems
