Job Summary

As a Product Owner in the Defence sector, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the product backlog for a mobile technician application. Working in Unterlüß, you will act as a vital bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and managing release planning. You will actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, while coordinating User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. SCRUM certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in agile product management
  • Experience working within the SCRUM process including refinements and sprint planning
  • Proven track record in requirement analysis and translation into technical user stories
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Practical experience using agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
