Job Summary

This role focuses on the development, supervision, and validation of xPTO (Power Take-Off) systems within high-voltage environments. As a Development Engineer, you will take on technical project leadership responsibilities, coordinating between internal departments, customers, and suppliers. Your daily activities will include planning and managing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing to ensure system safety and reliability. You will also analyze test results, derive optimization measures for power electronics, and support the transition to series production by collaborating with procurement and production teams.
