Job Summary

As a Hardware Developer in Oberkochen, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of hardware components, focusing on power electronics and mixed analog-digital circuits. Your daily tasks include designing complex PCB layouts (SMD, BGA, Multilayer) with impedance-controlled lines for RF signals and ensuring compliance with IPC, VDE, MIL, and EMC standards. You will bridge the gap between mechatronics and software by defining firmware interfaces and integrating systems for video processing and communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet. The role is highly collaborative, involving prototype construction, testing, and managing external development partners through to series production. This position is particularly attractive due to its high degree of ownership within flat hierarchies, offering a hybrid work model, 30 days of vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package including childcare subsidies and fitness programs. It is an ideal environment for engineers looking to work on cutting-edge technology in a family-like corporate culture.
