As an IT Service Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related service requests within the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing onsite technical support, managing the lifecycle of IT workstations from deployment and configuration to decommissioning, and maintaining accurate asset management records. You will also be responsible for high-priority VIP support, managing conference room technology for hybrid meetings, and performing hardware repairs or component replacements. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Management Assistant, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT sector with a focus on user support
  • Experience with current and legacy hardware platforms, including assembly and configuration
  • Proven experience in hardware repair and component replacement
  • Professional experience in VIP support and service desk environments
