Job Summary

As an Apple IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for macOS-related technical issues, providing both first and second-level support for devices including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac minis. Your daily responsibilities will involve analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems, managing Apple services like iCloud and Apple IDs, and ensuring security updates are properly maintained. You will play a key role in integrating Apple devices into existing IT infrastructures, including Windows environments, and managing hardware fleets through MDM solutions such as Jamf. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will document support processes and provide essential training to employees to improve their proficiency with macOS.
