Day-to-day tasks involve managing tickets within the CMDB, handling the exchange and installation of IT hardware, and installing operating systems like Windows 10 and 11. A core component of the role is meticulous asset management within customer systems, performing data backups, and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a formal IT education or relevant professional experience in IT services, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with call tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Success in this position requires a high degree of customer and service orientation, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), making this an essential and customer-facing support role.
