Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly customer-focused and technically proficient IT professional ready to join a growing team. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT incidents, including processing support tickets, performing hardware exchanges and installations, and ensuring clean, continuous asset management within client systems. Key responsibilities also involve operating system installations (Windows 7 & 10), data backup, and thorough troubleshooting of hardware and software issues to resolve incidents swiftly. The successful candidate must possess an IT qualification or relevant professional experience, excellent knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems, and proficiency with call tracking systems like ServiceNow or HP SM. You will be crucial in representing the company to clients and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
