Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional, either recently qualified or experienced, who thrives in a dynamic service environment. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including processing tickets within the CMDB, handling the acceptance, exchange, and shipment of IT hardware, and performing operating system installations. A core function involves rigorous troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software incidents, ensuring continuous, clean asset management within client systems, and guaranteeing adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate must possess strong general IT knowledge, proficiency with Windows 10/11 and MS Office, and experience using call tracking systems like ServiceNow or HP SM. This position requires high customer orientation, reliability, and the ability to professionally represent the company to clients.

IT vocational training or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Service or related field
  • Experience in fault finding and resolution of hardware and/or software incidents
  • Experience with Call Tracking Systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HP SM)
