Job Summary

This role involves providing critical IT service support, focusing on hardware, software, and client management within customer environments. The technician will be responsible for processing tickets within the CMDB, handling the deployment and management of IT hardware (including exchange and shipping), and installing operating systems (Windows 7 & 10). A key part of the job is ensuring thorough and consistent asset management, performing data backups, and troubleshooting/resolving hardware and software incidents to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position also requires managing and developing client management systems, which includes central profile/policy management, endpoint security, software packaging and distribution, and the integration of mobile devices (MDM). Candidates must possess an IT education or relevant professional experience, excellent general IT knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with call tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Strong customer and service orientation, resilience, flexibility, and excellent written and spoken English are essential for success in this dynamic, full-time, permanent role.
