Job Summary

As an FP&A Controller at Fielmann, you will serve as a central driver for the company's financial management. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring consistent and reliable financial planning, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes. You will act as a vital bridge between the Finance department and senior management, conducting variance analyses and developing KPI frameworks to provide transparency on economic performance. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in financial modeling and performance analysis
  • Experience working with BI tools, planning software, and ERP systems
  • Experience in coordinating complex planning and forecasting cycles across different departments
  • Experience in preparing decision-making documents for executive management
