As a Controlling Business Partner for International Subsidiaries, you will serve as the vital link between Group Controlling and Fielmann's international branches. Your daily responsibilities involve advising local management teams on strategic and operational financial matters, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards across different countries. You will be instrumental in evaluating investment decisions, business cases, and efficiency initiatives to drive profitability. Beyond routine reporting and KPI analysis, you will support the implementation of ERP and BI systems and contribute to group-wide transformation projects, including M&A integrations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys a mix of independent structured work and collaborative consulting. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably within an international environment or managing subsidiaries
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment calculation
  • Proven track record in using ERP systems and BI reporting tools
  • Experience in intercultural communication and management consulting
