Job Summary

As an Application Manager for Medical Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the IT infrastructure of one of Europe's largest air rescue organizations remains operational and efficient. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the stability, security, and continuous development of specialized medical applications used by air rescue crews. You will be responsible for implementing new software solutions, monitoring system performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring high availability for business-critical systems. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a key liaison between demand management and medical stakeholders to analyze requirements and manage change processes. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience working with medical applications, ideally with MedPad or comparable systems
  • Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of business-critical software applications
  • Experience in implementing new applications and guiding them through to productive operation
  • Professional background in coordinating with stakeholders and managing technical change processes
