Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Specialist and Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, teaching staff, and employees regarding all IT system inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for trainees, and handling user permissions and accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in the implementation of a new training and education system while helping shape the future IT infrastructure of the organization. Required Skills
Education

- Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented or customer-facing IT role
