Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Specialist and System Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, teaching staff, and employees regarding all IT-related inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for trainees, and overseeing user accounts and permissions. A significant part of this role involves contributing to the implementation of a new training and education system and helping shape the future IT infrastructure of the organization. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in user and permission management
- Proven background in customer-facing technical support
