Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, providing both remote and on-site support to users. Your day-to-day activities will include recording and classifying incoming incidents via phone, email, and in-person interactions, followed by detailed documentation in a ticketing system. You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, troubleshooting standard operating systems, and assisting users with Microsoft 365 applications. If a problem exceeds the scope of 2nd level support, you will coordinate with system administrators to ensure a resolution. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and problem-solving. It offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to work with modern workplace technologies like Windows 11 and macOS. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent)
Experience
