Job Summary

As a DMS Archive & Workflow Consultant at MAIT Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for over 7,000 customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex technical requirements and translating them into practical Document Management System (DMS) and workflow solutions. You will independently manage projects using industry-standard tools like EASY/PROXESS or OTRIS, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems such as abas or Comarch. Beyond technical implementation, you will lead sub-projects, conduct client workshops, and provide training to ensure long-term system adoption. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of strategic consulting and hands-on system configuration.
