As an IT Service Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact at central IT ServicePoints, providing essential workplace support between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Your daily responsibilities include managing the distribution, return, and adjustment of workplace components and accessories, as well as providing technical guidance to users. You will handle lifecycle management tasks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage inventory through warehouse withdrawals and incoming goods processing. This role is ideal for those who enjoy direct user interaction and hands-on hardware support.
