Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist in the 2nd and 3rd level support tiers, you will join an Application Management Services (AMS) team based in Stuttgart with remote flexibility. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the stability of a complex application landscape, managing incidents and service requests via the Ivanti ticket system, and administering workplace and server infrastructures using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining virtual servers, implementing security patches, and performing release changes. This role is highly technical, involving PowerShell scripting and Active Directory administration. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of on-site and remote work, the opportunity to work with leading IT service providers for large-scale clients, and a structured compensation package including project bonuses and high potential for permanent takeover by the client.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration / Fachinformatiker) or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd and 3rd level technical support
  • Proven experience in the installation and operation of applications and software components
  • Practical experience in software packaging and scripting with PowerShell or VBS
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, permission concepts, and Group Policies
  • Experience using ticket systems and remote support tools
  • Professional background in workplace and server management infrastructure
