As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential technical assistance to users both on-site at a dedicated 'Techlounge' and via remote support channels. Your daily responsibilities involve delivering 1st-level support for a diverse hardware environment including Windows notebooks, MacBooks, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad). You will manage the full lifecycle of technical issues—from initial ticket creation in ServiceNow to troubleshooting software installations, OS-related problems, and virtual desktop environments like Citrix. This role is ideal for customer-oriented professionals who enjoy direct interaction with users in both German and English.
