Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer for the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of Europe's most extensive and demanding real estate portfolios. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert technical oversight, quality control, and performance auditing for externally contracted architectural and engineering firms. You will independently deliver services according to HOAI phases, manage budget and schedule planning, and collaborate closely with project stakeholders on construction and maintenance measures.
