Job Summary

This role involves managing a diverse range of civil engineering projects for the German Federal Government, specifically within the Nörvenich project office. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including earthworks, utility networks (sewage and rainwater), road construction, and outdoor facilities. Day-to-day, you will act as a primary point of contact on-site, coordinating with contractors, authorities, and users while managing interdisciplinary teams for the Federal Ministry of Defense. Key responsibilities include conducting procurement procedures, controlling external planners, and managing phases 1-9 of the HOAI.
