As an IT Service Desk Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for first-level technical support, independently handling incoming inquiries from business customers in Dortmund or Bochum. Your daily responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone support requests, troubleshooting IT disruptions, and analyzing existing infrastructure to identify optimization potential. You will work in a professional environment focused on providing reliable IT services to corporate clients. Required Skills

Education
