Job Summary
This part-time (50%) role at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology involves managing the administrative and legal operations of the Examination Committee. You will be responsible for organizing and participating in committee meetings, preparing legal assessments based on student records, and drafting official protocols. A significant portion of the day-to-day work includes processing objections, hardship claims, and issuing formal notices. You will act as a specialist advisor to the examination boards and represent the university in out-of-court appeal proceedings, communicating directly with applicants and legal counsel. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Diploma in Judicial Administration (Diplomrechtspfleger), Diploma in Public Administration (Diplomverwaltungswirt), or a comparable university degree.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a legal or administrative capacity
- Experience in processing legal objections and issuing formal administrative notices
- Professional experience in committee management and minute-taking
- Experience in interpreting and applying academic or administrative regulations
