Job Summary

The Technical University of Nuremberg is seeking a Research Associate to join the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Precision Engineering, and Information Technology. This role focuses on the cutting edge of deepfake detection, requiring the planning, execution, and documentation of human-computer interaction studies. The successful candidate will apply, analyze, and advance artificial intelligence algorithms specifically for detecting deepfake videos. Key responsibilities also include experimental design, supporting the preparation of research findings for scientific publications, and assisting with grant proposal development. This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction, deep knowledge of qualitative study design and/or deepfake detection algorithms, and fluency in both German and English.
