Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in the 'Finished Good Production' department at Roche, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality molecular biological reagents and diagnostic kit components. Your daily responsibilities include preparing and monitoring production batches, performing filling operations, and conducting analytical tests such as PCR, qPCR, and pH measurements. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment and ensuring all processes are meticulously documented within a regulated GMP environment. Beyond routine production, you will actively participate in process optimization, validation projects, and troubleshooting.
