As a member of the Online Services Support Team, you will serve as a vital link between citizens and the digital infrastructure of the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung). Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in a service or administrative environment
- Experience in customer consulting or customer support is highly advantageous
- Several years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational background instead of a degree
- Experience in technical problem analysis and system error identification
- Basic experience in user feedback analysis methods or surveys is beneficial
