As the Regional Director for the South Region, you will hold a high-trust leadership position overseeing seven rehabilitation centers located across Southern Germany, including sites in Bad Steben, Bad Aibling, and Todtmoos. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the strategic management and implementation of regional strategies aligned with the broader clinic group's goals. You will be accountable for the economic performance, quality, and occupancy of your region while providing disciplinary leadership to clinic management teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's, University Diploma, or Magister) in Economics or Business Administration.

Experience

  • Several years of current leadership experience within the healthcare sector, ideally in a clinic network or comparable organization
  • Proven track record in economic management and the development of business KPIs
  • Experience in strategic portfolio development and regional demand analysis
  • Professional experience in initiating and sustaining organizational change processes
