As the Regional Director for the East Region, you will hold a position of significant trust with overall strategic, economic, and organizational responsibility for seven rehabilitation centers across Germany. Your day-to-day involves the strategic steering of regional operations in alignment with the clinic group's overarching goals, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. You will provide disciplinary leadership to clinic management teams and technical guidance to commercial directors while respecting medical independence. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can analyze market trends and KPIs to drive change and position the clinics competitively. Required Skills

Education

Completed university education at the Master's level (Master, University Diploma, or Magister) in the field of Economics or Business Administration.

Experience

  • Proven experience in economic management and the implementation or development of financial KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating and sustaining organizational change processes
  • Professional experience in strategic portfolio development and regional market positioning
