As the Regional Director for the West Region, you will hold a position of high trust, overseeing the strategic, economic, and organizational management of seven rehabilitation centers across Germany (including locations like Bad Homburg, Bad Pyrmont, and Borkum). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering regional strategy in alignment with the clinic group's overall goals, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. You will lead clinic management teams disciplinarily while coordinating with commercial directors and maintaining the medical independence of clinical leads. This role is unique because it offers a high degree of creative freedom within a modern public employer framework, allowing you to directly influence the future of rehabilitation services. You will analyze market trends, implement change processes, and utilize modern technologies and KPIs to ensure the competitive edge of the clinics. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's, University Diploma, or Magister) specifically in Economics or Business Administration.

Experience

  • Several years of current leadership experience in the healthcare sector, ideally within a clinic network or comparable organization
  • Extensive experience in business management and economic steering
  • Proven track record in the implementation or development of economic key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience in initiating and sustaining organizational change processes
