Job Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist for the City of Dortmund, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the municipal administration by attracting and hiring new talent. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external vacancies, serving as a strategic consultant to various specialized departments across all hierarchical levels. Required Skills

Education

Civil Service Career Group 2 (1st entry office of the non-technical service), or qualified Administrative Assistant, or successful completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in conducting internal and external recruitment procedures for various occupational groups is preferred
  • Experience in advising and supporting specialized departments throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience in documenting and evaluating recruitment processes for strategic development
  • Proven track record in collaborative teamwork and cross-functional working groups
