Job Summary
This role at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) involves coaching aspiring founders and innovative startups from initial ideation to market readiness. You will be responsible for advising on business models, assisting with funding applications, and strategically developing startup support activities. A significant portion of the role focuses on digital transformation: you will analyze manual workflows to identify automation potential and implement digital standard processes using No-Code/Low-Code tools. Additionally, you will manage CRM systems (specifically Zoho One) and handle data maintenance. This position is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker passionate about entrepreneurship and process optimization. Based in Munich, the role offers a modern workplace, up to 60% remote work, and the chance to shape one of Europe's leading entrepreneurship centers within a university environment.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in an IT-related, technical, or business-oriented field. (Foreign degrees require a ZAB evaluation).
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an agile environment (e.g., Consulting, Venture Capital, Operations, or as a Founder)
- Professional experience in process automation and CRM implementation
- Experience in applying entrepreneurship methods such as System Thinking and Team Development
- Experience in strategic and operational development of startup support programs

- Fixed-term contract for 3 years; Work permit and residence permit required for non-EU applicants; Based in Munich; Up to 60% mobile work/home office allowed.
