Job Summary

This role involves managing, planning, and overseeing civil engineering projects within interdisciplinary teams for the Building and Real Estate Management of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW). You will be responsible for high-profile new construction, renovation, and infrastructure measures, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with external consultants and contractors, managing contracts and claims, and handling all project phases from initial design to final documentation.
