Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineering Specialist within interdisciplinary construction project teams for the state-owned real estate management company of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW), focusing on ambitious projects for clients like the police, judiciary, military, and universities. The specialist will independently deliver HOAI-compliant electrical engineering services, manage contract execution for external services, and ensure quality control of external architectural and engineering firms. A key focus is working on large-scale projects with high technical equipment standards and complex electrical safety requirements, contributing directly to the state's goal of achieving a climate-neutral property portfolio by 2030.
