As a Science Manager at the Munich Institute for Astro-, Particle and BioPhysics (MIAPbP), you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of scientific programs, workshops, and international conferences. Your daily activities will involve designing and organizing events, providing administrative and logistical support to international guest researchers, and managing complex budgets in compliance with public sector regulations. Experience

- Experience in international guest relations and administrative support
- Experience in financial reporting and budget monitoring for third-party funded projects (e.g., DFG)
